Many of the digital experiences we already enjoy in our consumer life raise expectations for business-to-business interactions. How does that impact equipment finance? While portals may have been cool last decade. Many have mixed feelings about the place of portals now. Current digital possibilities go way beyond the portals of the past. New integrations, platforms, and technologies are entering this space and changing the game for how equipment finance companies can interact with customers in a digital-first manner.

What makes a great digital customer experience? How does that vary by customer scenario? What’s new in digital CX for equipment finance, and what’s on the horizon? How might industry standards, smart contracts, or advanced platform integrations play a role in delivering a better customer experience and gaining digital adoption to realize innovation ROI? We will be exploring these types of questions and more with a panel of industry leaders from the ELFA Technology Innovation Working Group.
