Our roundtable discussions tackle important topics and provide thought-provoking insights for anyone looking to drive innovation within their team or organization. Understanding the human side of innovation is the key to succeeding in our innovative pursuits. We are leading a discussion on two key topics for February’s roundtable.

Topic 1: Leading innovation through disruption:

• What does it take to lead innovation through inevitable disruptions?
• How might we leverage limitations and budgetary constraints to drive and enhance creativity rather than demotivate and detract from innovative pursuits?
• How might we build flexibility and agility into our strategic roadmaps?
• What does it take to develop the mindset and culture for innovation in teams?

Topic 2: Current & impending demographic shifts and the future of work

• What is the minimum effective dose of in-person human connection? What is the right level of connectivity to an organization, customers, and co-workers?
• Many companies in the equipment finance industry enjoy employee longevity. But longevity doesn’t last forever. What does the future of EF look like as the ability to rely on longevity changes? How are current and impending demographic shifts impacting the future of work?
• When it comes to recruitment, how can we make equipment finance sound cool and attract new talent?
