The Bank Best Practices Roundtable is a small, highly-interactive half-day program designed to bring senior bank executives together for information sharing and critical thinking about issues facing you each day as leaders of your organization. The Roundtable will also provide an unparalleled networking opportunity.

The roundtable will held from noon-4:30pm on Tuesday, April 9th, immediately preceding the National Funding Conference. It will begin with a joint luncheon with the attendees of the Captive and Vendor Finance and Independent Roundtables.

Kirk Phillips is President, CEO, and a founder of Wintrust Commercial Finance, a subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation a $27 billion publicly traded bank holding company, which is focused on providing loans and leases to middle market companies throughout the US and Canada.  
 
He has spent over 25 years in the commercial finance industry with ITT Commercial Finance. He was part of a team that started two successful commercial finance companies, Transamerica Equipment Financial Services and AIG Commercial Equipment Finance where he was SVP of National Direct Originations and head of the Marine Finance Group. He was selected to manage the integration of the Commercial Asset Finance division into the Private Placements Group of AIG Investments where he held the position of Managing Director until 2015.  
 
Mr. Phillips has been a speaker and moderator at Marine Money International, Marine Money Offshore and Workboat conferences.  He has served multiple terms as a member of the Equipment Finance and Leasing Associations Financial Institutions Business Steering Council and Membership Committees.  He sits on the Executive Advisory Board of the Nelson Rusche College of Business at Stephen F. Austin State University and has been a strategic advisor to HEROMakers, a 501c3 focused on providing shelter and support for orphans located in Mexico and central America.  
 
Kirk resides in Valley View, Texas with his wife Renee’ and children Jeremy and Jordan.  He enjoys restoring classic British sports cars and training in Tae Kwon Do where he holds a 5th Degree Blackbelt and is a Senior Certified Instructor with TaeKwonDo America.

Jud Snyder is the President of BMO Harris Equipment Finance Company and BMO's Senior Executive for Southeast Wisconsin.
 
Jud joined the Bank in 1994 and is responsible for leading the growth and development of BMO Harris Equipment Finance Company. This includes strategic and managerial responsibility for sales, operations, underwriting and equipment management capabilities within the Equipment Finance Company.
 
Prior to taking on his current role, he had roles in credit, sales and sales management in Equipment Finance prior to taking on the President's role in 2008. In 2010, he moved into the bank as M&I's Head of Specialized Industries. In this role he was responsible for Equipment Finance, Global Trade, Health Care, Dealer Finance, Agribusiness and Sponsor Finance. Following the BMO acquisition in 2011, he moved back into the head role at Equipment Finance with the mandate to leverage the business across BMO and grow the business to scale.
 
Jud obtained his BA in Russian and Economics from UW Madison ('94). He is currently the Chairman and an Officer of ELFA (Equipment Leasing and Finance Association). He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee Ballet (Immediate Past Chair & President and Executive Committee Member), The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee (Trustee), United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, Teach for America and Froedtert Health Systems.
 
Jud lives in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin with his five children.
